RANDOLPH AFB, TEXAS – The ID card office at Randolph Air Force Base (AFB) has introduced a new appointment system to streamline the process of issuing identification cards to service members, retirees, and dependents. The new system aims to reduce wait times and improve overall efficiency at the office, which has been dealing with increasing demand for ID card services in recent years.
The ID card office at Randolph AFB is responsible for issuing Common Access Cards (CACs), dependent ID cards, retiree ID cards, and other forms of identification to military personnel and their families. Walk-in customers are still welcome, but those with appointments will be given priority.
